Packed in Box - Semi Assembled

Orders using packed in box option will come semi assembled. An instruction booklet will be provided to the customer to assemble the chair/Sofa. Should you require any assistance, you may contact us at KadaSeating number.

Warranty & Service

What’s Covered KadaSeating (“Seller”) guarantees its products against manufacturing defects for the specified period from the date of completion. The Seller will repair or replace any product that fails under normal and intended use. However, damage resulting from abuse, accidents, vandalism, or alterations to the product is not considered a manufacturing defect. This warranty is extended to the original end user of new products purchased from KadaSeating and remains valid as long as the initial end user owns the product. Non-transferable, this warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship identified during normal usage, beginning from the date of manufacture. If a defect is found and written notice is provided to KadaSeating within the applicable warranty period, the company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product with a comparable item.

Warranty Duration

The warranty covers the seating mechanism, adjustable arms, framework, and seating foam for a period of three years from the delivery date. However, third-party materials like fabric and leather upholstery are not included. This warranty excludes coverage for normal wear and tear and does not apply to any product altered without KadaSeating’s prior approval. A product will not be deemed defective, and KadaSeating is not responsible for repairs or replacements if it is not installed or used according to our guidelines.
Additionally, the warranty does not cover any “Customer’s Own Material” (materials specified by the buyer that are not standard KadaSeating offerings). Natural variations in wood, fabric, or leather are not considered defects under this warranty. KadaSeating also does not guarantee colorfastness or consistency in color, grain, or texture. Please note that certain fabrics or finishes may be discontinued before the warranty period expires.
