Returns & Exchange

You may exchange your order if:

  • The item delivered does not match the order criteria as stated upon checkout (product is different to what is showed on invoice)
  •  If a product is defective and written notice of the defect is given to KadaSeating within the Applicable Warranty Period, then KadaSeating at its option will either repair or replace the defective product with a comparable component or product.

How to report a defective product?

  • The customer has to write to the customer service team Sales@kadaseating.com with photographs of the defective item
  • Please include your invoice, order number as well as photographs/videos showing a) the product, b) the damaged part, c) copy of the invoice

When will my product be repaired?

If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing error or faulty materials, we will either repair or replace it as necessary. Our team will respond within 14 business days from the date you report the issue. If parts need to be replaced, the entire process may take up to 30 business days, depending on your location and the time required for repairs.

Returning a wrong order?

– Upon delivery, you will need to sign a Delivery Order form to confirm receipt and acceptance of the goods. After signing, returns or exchanges will only be permitted if there are defects covered by our Warranty.
– If the delivered item does not match the specifications on your invoice at checkout, we will facilitate an exchange within 7 working days.
– Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Items that have been worn, used, or altered cannot be accepted for exchange.
– Should a product be found defective due to manufacturing errors or faulty materials, we will either repair or replace it as necessary.
– We reserve the right to decline any return, exchange, or refund request that we deem inappropriate or unreasonable. Please note that KadaSeating does not currently offer cash refunds.
